TO ENTER, YOU WILL NEED TO MEET 3 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Contestant 24 months or under. (See examples on webpage)

2. Valid Proof of purchase of the pumpkin from Anawan Farm.

(You will be asked to upload a photo or screenshot of your receipt)

3. A pretty enormous pumpkin from Anawan Farm. We have plenty!

Precious Pumpkin Photo Contest At Anawan Farm Rules:

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby consent to the participation of my baby in the Precious Pumpkin Photo Contest at Anawan Farm. I certify that I am the legal parent/guardian of the baby named above and have the authority to grant this consent. I understand and agree that:

  • Photos can be submitted for children up to 24months in age.

  • The photo must contain a pumpkin with a child inside the pumpkin, similar to but not exactly as shown in the examples for the contest. 

  • Proof of pumpkin purchase at Anawan Farm must be submitted seperately from your child's photo.

  • Submissions must be received by October 31st, 2024.

  • Online voting begins November 1st, 2024.

  • Online voting ends November 15th, 2024.

  • In the rare event that there is an online tie, the tie will be divided equally into the $100 gift card.

Consent and Release:

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby consent to the participation of my baby in the Precious Pumpkin Photo Contest at Anawan Farm. I certify that I am the legal parent/guardian of the baby named above and have the authority to grant this consent. I understand and agree that:

  • The submitted photo may be used by the contest organizers for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

  • The submitted photo may be publicly displayed and voted on by contest participants and/or the general public.

  • The photo must be an original work and not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or these terms and conditions.

  • I hereby release and discharge the contest organizers, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my baby's participation in the Precious Pumpkin Photo Contest.your text
